- Executed Order Specialist/Data Analyst II is responsible for reviewing and approving all signed agreements in Salesforce and shared mailbox within 1 hour service level specification  - UpdateMulti-YearAgreement in SOC and OMA records upon receiving SOC  - Request to create new Salesforce record for agreements that doesn’t have record  - Coordinate with multiple departments including Sales, Product and Billing while ensuring agreements are submitted and compliant with order processing standards  - Provide agreements to internal and external customers when needed  - Ensure contract inquiry are routed to correct business unit/line of business such as Billing   - Create new case inquiry in Salesforce from clients when needed  - Notify internal customers through Salesforce for denied agreements  - Upload agreements in OMS upon request via Salesforce or shared mailbox  - Create Custom Order Form to OMS for Billing purposes  - Handle SF Cases from Billing department from internal and external clients  - Submit daily volume report to stakeholders and other reporting need  - Ensure all documentations are updated and create workflow processes as needed  - Assist Cancellations teamdailywith an acceptable volume to support the function. This shall include:  - Managing the cancellations queue as required  - Process and manage Historical Data Access (HDA) order requests in Salesforce and OneSite within targeted turnaround time  - Review and analyze validity of cancellation and HDA request from clients in OMS, Salesforce, OneSite and Dashboard  - Monitor and/or provide solutions to internal and external customers in any cancellation or HDA order inquiries and escalations received thru email/phone  - Collaborate with RealPage internal groups relating to cancellations and historical order request as needed  - Process special projects received from Account Set-up mailbox  - Maintain functional and technical expertise in cancellation and historical order process  - Provide daily volume report both for cancellation and historical order request  - Perform some Ad hoc tasks  - Generate other related reports for the team

The Operations Specialist handles a variety of tasks associated with the resident screening process, including but not limited to client implementations, responding to consumer disputes, processing screening applications, and handling lease document requests. This position will also monitor the department email queue while assisting with incoming/outgoing consumer mail and consumer dispute file preparation.
