Account Executives are resolutely focused on new client acquisition and must be able to present the software to prospective clients over the phone, via online webinars, and in person. The ability to effectively question, understand and present solutions to existing operational and technical challenges is vital to position Kigo properly and effectively as the solution.   This position requires a highly motivated, extremely inquisitive, and high energy sales professional. The goal-oriented individual is directly responsible for adding new customers within a defined geographic territory.   The position requires dynamic, B2B focused sales professionals that possess excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills. The ability to enthusiastically communicate complex ideas and platform in an easy-to-understand way and facilitating the customer relationship from initial call to sale is needed.

As an Account Manager, you will be part of our Client Services organization that offers a high-class experience in supporting our customers. The Account Manager will cover several roles within the company, with its priority being on account managing a vast portfolio of customers and guiding them towards success. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for your assigned customer base and will be in touch with all departments within the company, such as Product support, Sales, Product & Development. You will make sure any client queries are covered and resolved and ensure the retention of your portfolio.   This role will occasionally help out other teams within the Client services organization, if required, specially the Implementation Consultants. This is an ideal opportunity to work within an international team in different roles and be part of the overall company success.   We are looking for someone that enjoys working in an international team, shows high empathy & good sense of humor. We work hard, but also have fun!
